Tiesto - Club Life Volume Two Miami

The release of Tiesto’s long-awaited album Club Life Volume Two Miami off of his label Musical Freedom is finally here! Following up on the success of his last album, Club Life Vegas, we get a new set of the latest Tiesto tracks and remixes, as well as some current big hits and Musical Freedom favorites, all mixed by the man himself. One of the best things about album is just that: it’s mixed. Picking up on the seamless way Chasing Summers was mixed into We Own The Night right at the beginning of the CD, as well as picking up on edits to tracks like Maximal Crazy, made an already enjoyable listening experience even more so.

First up on the album is Miami, which is actually the introduction part of the original track Chasing Summers. We’ve already heard Chasing Summers, but it remains one of the greatest tracks on the album, with it’s heavy bass-line and memorable melody. Next is the already released collaboration with Wolfgang Gartner called We Own The Night, followed by the Third Party remix to What Can We Do (A Deeper Love), a progressive house banger. The next track surprised us: Baggi Begovic Feat. Josie Cotton’s If A Lie Was Love. From the moment the the track began with it’s heavy bass and electro type sounds, we were intrigued, but the amazing vocals that followed caught us off guard; we only wish this song went on for longer in the album!

Club Life Volume Two Miami gets more progressive as it goes on, with Tiesto’s remixes to Gotye’s Somebody That I Used To Know and Coldplay’s Paradise. Following these tracks are Sultan & Ned Shepard’s Walls, as well as the new collaboration with Hardwell, a remix to The Naked & Famous’ Young Blood, one of the best progressive tracks on the album. A new original mix by John Dahlback called Life makes an appearance, as well as another new progressive banger, John De Sohn Feat. Andreas Moe’s Long Time, which has some very catchy and memorable vocals.

On the final stretch of the album, we get what is sure to be one of 2012′s biggest anthems, Ivan Gough & Feenixpawl Feat. Georgi Kay’s In My Mind (Axwell Mix), followed by Avesta’s huge festival anthem Arena. Tiesto’s remix to Afrojack & Shermanology’s Can’t Stop Me Now follows, and the electro touch to the remix is awesome. One of our most favorite and anticipated tracks off the album, Tiesto & Swanky Tunes Make Some Noise, gets a full length spot in the mix, and the album concludes with an edited version of Tiesto’s Maximal Crazy.

As you can expect, Tiesto’s Club Life Volume Two Miami is not an album to be missed. Every track that made it’s way on to it is sure to be played by a variety of producers for some time now, and the album listened to by many, just in time for the summer. Check out this massive release off of Musical Freedom!

Hardwell & Dannic – Kontiki will be the next outlet by label boss Hardwell, joined by upcoming Dutch producer/dj Dannic known for his previous release ‘Doster‘ on Revealed Recordings. Kontiki has bigroom written all over it, starting off with some energetic stabs and a bigroom lead theme and some heavy basslines. Add the special Hardwell touch with heavy snare drums and climaxes to this and it clear this is one tough banger!

First at all, they’ve been played for the first time ever at Ultra Music Festival which was an amazing experience for them and they will push soon a loads of awesome new tracks not yet played. Swanky Tunes is still working hard on their wonderful ID played in Germany at the end of October and we hope to have more information very soon, particularly about the title.

quintino-we-gonna-rock-musical-freedom

Musical Freedom and Wall Recordings, 2 massive labels where Quintino has the luck to unleash his productions. ‘Epic‘ with Sandro Silva followed by ‘We Gonna Rock‘ on Tiesto‘s label, while ‘Selecta‘ with Afrojack, and ‘The One And The Only‘ were out on Afrojack‘s imprint. Dutch DJ and producer, Quintino will ‘bring music with energy‘ one more time with his next Wall release ‘Circuits‘. This time, return to the basics, with an old and very efficient Dirty Dutch sound on this track, like Afrojack has the facility. This smashing tune will pump up the crowd for sure like he has the power to do.

Wall Recordings is the temple of Dutch producers and Electro-House music: R3hab on ‘Sending My Love‘ with Swanky Tunes, Apster with ‘Goldcoast‘ and in collaboration with Bassjackers on ‘Brougham/Contour‘, but of course the guy who is the possessor of this huge sub-label of Spinnin: Afrojack, the author of ‘Prutataaa‘ with R3hab ‘Lost And Found‘ albums and his last bomb ‘Can’t Stop Me‘ which reached the #1 Beatport rank in only 4 days!

>Dada-Lifes-Musical-Freedom-450x450

Now comfortably installed on the EDM scene, the two Swedish guys coming from Avicii’s At Night Management called Cazzette are now releasing their first compilation and it’s on the renowned Tiesto’s Musical Freedom. On this compilation, we can see a lot of Cazzette-approved tracks, like Dada Life’s ‘Happy Violence‘, Tiesto’s ‘Maximal Crazy‘, Tommy Trash’s ‘Future Folk‘ and more. But the only unreleased track on this package is their remix on Dada Life’s unreleased ‘Rolling Stone T-Shirt‘ untitled ‘Approaching Starry Homes’. This remix is totally insane, between Dubstep and House as usual with this duo: Dub-House is more appropriated!
